Conflicted (and feeling guilty)

I'm happy to hear you were able to come to a decision. This is a very big decision and one that you obviously gave much thought. It would still be wonderful to hear from you on this forum and see how your family's story unfolds, if you care to share. I always wonder if other family donors would be helped in their decision making if they can hear how others deal with the pressure of donating. I remember when I was going through the process and asking if there were other donors who decided not to donate, could tell me their story. But the hospital obviously only keeps in contact with donors. I think you may have lots to offer potential donors.
