Hello everyone!  I thought I would drop by after not using the forum for the last year.  I guess the system had changed because my old account wouldn't work so I created a new account.

I was a non-directed donor who donated a kidney in 2009 at Georgetown University Hospital.  I used to make posts here under the name "Hawkeye"

Anyway, just wanted to say hi. My health is great and and my recipiant is doing well from what I have heard.  Everything is hunky-dorie!  (Is that how you spell it?)

Always nice to hear from people in the past. I always wonder what happens to some of the donors who have posted here. Glad to hear you and your recipient are doing well. Gives others lots of encouragement to hear living donors are doing well.
