Operations and Safety Committee Launches Patient Safety Newsletter
April 12th, 2011 UNOS Communications
The Operations and Safety Committee (OSC) introduces to members the first issue of Patient Safety News.

Developed by the OSC, this quarterly newsletter will:

Explain the types of safety events that need to be reported to the OPTN and how to report them
Introduce tools and resources available for conducting root cause analysis and action plans
Allow the transplant community to share effective practices with their colleagues
Occasionally, the newsletter will also share data related to the top safety events that members are reporting.

Read the newsletter now.
