"Love Your Kidneys"
« on: June 05, 2013, 07:17:24 PM »
The National Kidney Foundation offers a free e-mailed newsletter called "Love Your Kidneys" with information, tips, recipies, etc. to help anyone take good care of the kidneys (or "kidney" in our case). Most of the articles are aimed not at persons suffering from kidney disease, but at persons with healthy kidneys and what to try to keep them that way. If interested, you can sign up by going to www.kidney.org where you will see a sign-up box on the upper right of the home-page. (They also offer other newsletters on other aspects of kidney health/disease/transplants.) It is not an e-mail discussion group or list-serve, just a periodic newsletter. They also sell stuff (umbrellas, bags, shirts) with the "Love Your Kidneys" motto.

Thanks so much for the link!  I looked over some of the past "issues" and they all look informative!
