I don't know if this would be helpful, but some doctors recommend that all kidney donors take a daily supplement of vitamin B-12 and of vitamin D. It appears that we kidney donors for some reason tend to be deficient in these, even with good nutrition and sunshine. Deficiencies in these vitamins can cause a lot of different symptoms.

While anemia and deficiency of vitamin B-12 can be related, deficiency (without anemia) can also cause fatigue, depression, tingling sensations, etc.  I'm not a medical professional, but am just passing along what I have read. If you Google "Vitamin B-12 deficiency symptoms" you should be able to find more exact information.
