Donate after pregnancy

How long after pregnancy can you donate a portion of your liver?
My best friend has end stage and we just found out that I'm a match but I'm pregnant.
How long until I can save my best friends life?

I don't have any information on that, but at the FaceBook page of Living Donors on Line some liver donors do check in, and perhaps some of them might be able to help you on this question.
