[/size]Keynote: Big Data and Global Kidney Matching Chain
Luohan Academy

Alvin Roth, 2012 Nobel Laureate in Economics and member of the Luohan Academy academic Committee, delivered a speech centered on the topic of worldwide data connectivity, cloud computing, and AI-enabled matching system to identify kidney donors correctly. Kidney disease is a global issue and also one of the top ten fatal diseases. Professor Roth said that if there were a data pool with enough patients and donors, then transplantation would be completed in a new way – indirect donation.
