Donating with G6PD

Is there additional information a person with G6PD should consider when donating a Kidney?

Hi!
I am unfamiliar with all that G6PD entails, and my web search didn't turn up much info in regards to kidney donation. There are people here who are much wiser than me in the ways of medical things though, and may pop up here with some helpful info.
Are you already in the process? If you are, has the transplant team given you any information?
If you are not already in the process, I'd call a transplant clinic near you and ask.
