Title: Leaving for Cleveland Clinic tomorrow, surgery on Valentine's Day!
Post by: PaulaHalvo on February 11, 2012, 04:23:15 PM
Thank you all for your input and experiences.  I do so much better with information overload!  I travel to Cleveland tomorrow, have my final testing and 'cleansing' on Monday, and my surgery is first thing Tuesday morning.  I'm so ready to just do this, and my process has been quick.  Don't know how those of you that waiting six months or a year did it.  Anyway, thanks for everything!

You will be in my prayers.  I donated at Cleveland Clinic on February 2 and had a very positive experience.  The staff is exceptional and the accommodations were comfortable.  I am feeling better each day and definitely benefited from the thoughtful hints and encouraging comments here.
Here's to a textbook surgery and a speedy recovery!
