Abstract
The authors argue that potential living donor kidney transplant recipients have a right to information regarding an increased risk of disease transmission from a potential kidney donor but do not have a right to be informed of the behavior that led to this increased risk, and argue further that such information might lead them to a decision that would not be in their best interests.
