Title: Advice on car donation?
Post by: Pureself on November 04, 2015, 03:04:59 PM
I have an older automobile that I want to donate. It is still running although it currently has a lot of miles accumulated. I have been searching for good causes to donate to but am not sure which charities are legitimate and concerned that my donation will go to waste if not careful.

I have looked around places like www.usedcardonate.com to see which charities seem legitimate but am still skeptical...Are there any charities that come recommended?

Thanks in advance!

I believe that the National Kidney Foundation has a program for accepting car donations. Money is used for education, research, etc. on kidney disease, treatments, transplantation, etc. Info at www.kidney.org if you type cardonation in the search box.
