I'm looking for recommendations of good charities related to organ transplantation, and especially living donor transplantation. I appreciate any suggestions or stories you can share.

I don't have any specific charities to recommend, but you could visit a couple of the online charity guides, enter something like "organ donation," and see what comes up that's interesting to you:
