Feeling foolish? No more than I, anticipating the future as I prepare this more than a week in advance. I expect to be in Bryce Canyon as y'all read this, on the first day of the new season for this natural wonder. Does this month remind you of the wonder of our existence? Does an occasion remembered prompt you to savor each day and the surprises and beauty it may hold in store? It was in April 2002 that I returned to being the prime prospect to be the donor for my recipient, as others had been disqualified. It was in April 2003 that her health seemed to be improving and we all wondered just how long it might be until we actually met each other in a recovery room. As it happened, her condition worsened rapidly, and with just over 12 hours notice, we did just that on May 8th. What about you? Echoes of Aprils past you'd care to share?
