Here's hoping that Mr. Lombard, Ms. Edmonds, Mr. Emmett, and those we remember here this month are still well and celebrating. We mourn the loss of Rita Kocian, again, though many of us remain inspired by her energy and advocacy on behalf of living donors despite the complications she suffered during and after her surgery. August is Donna Luebke's month for memory of her own donation, as well. Thank you, one and all, for giving the gift of life.
