seeking liver transplant overseas

HI,my mother is a primary biliary cirrhosis patient .we have been seeking a liver transplant for her her.we are four sons and only the youngest one matches the blood group(0 positive),but he is too young(11 yrs old)to donate.i've also got her registered for a cadaveric donation,but i havent got any response in over a year.i have a friend who would like to donate ,but according to indian laws only relatives are allowed to donate.so i was hoping to get her operated overseas.can anybody help me out with the info on the possible countries with reasonable expenses?

any help would be appreciated.
