Hi,

My name is Cyndi and I will be donating a kidney to my brother---April 4, 2012 (fingers crossed)! All of my testing turned out fine--accept for my gall bladder. I just had it removed Feb 29, 2012. Thankfully, the surgery went great--and according to the docs---I should be able to have the donor surgery in 4-5 weeks. Great information on this site!

Good luck.  There are a lot of previous post you can look up to tell you what to bring to the hospital and what to excpect.  I hope it goes smooth for you.
