The American Kidney Fund's annual national gala, The Hope Affair, is a celebration of the people who inspire us in the fight against kidney disease. Winners will be honored at The Hope Affair on Tuesday evening, October 25, 2011, at Mellon Auditorium in Washington, D.C.

Know a current or former dialysis patient or a caregiver who deserves recognition? Honor them with a nomination as a 'Hero of Hope' or 'Caregiver of the Year.'
