Severe weight loss after donation?

I don't even know what to do. We have had a lot going on, and honestly my donation went perfectly fine and everyone is great,  but I went from 115 lbs to now 94 lbs. I just keep losing weight. I can get up to maybe 98 in a day but its all gone the next morning. And ladies, if you understand this is not an ideal situation for the ladies at all either. I don't have the greatest appetite anymore between not having gotten it back since before and being stressed.
Oh, its been 4 months since my donation.
