Volunteer Interest Form no later than
September 30, 2020.
UNOS recently updated the Volunteer Interest Form to be more customized to your particular experience or profession, dynamically supplying questions that are most relevant to your background or area of interest.
If you have completed and submitted a Volunteer Interest Form since October 2019, you don’t need to complete a new one, but you may update it at any time.

To submit a new form or update a previous submission:
Register as “not a member” and create a new profile.

If you are updating a previously submitted form and using the same e-mail address as before: The system will synchronize with your member record to auto-populate your biographical information from previous applications.
SelectionThe OPTN President-Elect appoints incoming committee members to fill open positions. Each committee with openings will review Volunteer Interest Forms and make recommendations to the OPTN President-Elect. Selections will be based on the needs of the committee and the OPTN for diversity in perspectives and subject specific expertise including patient and donor affairs representation.
