questions for the team

Hi,

I have finally finished most of my poking, prodding, lab and urine tests.  My next phase is to meet with the "team" to determine final approval for my donation in a paired exchange with my mom.   I have done research and read this site, all of which have been incredibly helpful. 

However, do you have any suggestions for questions that I should ask to following people: surgeon, social worker, nephrologist, nutritionist psychologist, patient advocate and transplant coordinator.
