My surgery was successfully completed on Friday, November 18. I'm home now and doing well! My aunt (the recipient) is supposed to be going home tomorrow and is doing pretty well also. Thanks everyone!

I will write a much more detailed update soon.

Great to hear it, Amanda!  Hope recovery is swift for you both.
Unrelated directed kidney donor in 2003, my recipient and I are well!
650 time blood and platelet donor since 1976 and still giving!
