Nondirected Liver Donation

Hi everyone,

I'm curious if anyone has more information on nondirected liver donors in the US.  I know of at least one such donor on here, and even if you prefer to not identify yourself, if you have general information I would appreciate anything I can get.  I have seen validated donors at Virginia Commonwealth University, one in St. Louis, and know anecdotally of two other nondirected liver donors in the US.  UNOS lists 47 "Non-Biol,unrel: Anonymous Donation" as of the most recent data, so I'm curious where the rest are hiding.
