What a tragedy that anybody can buy any disease inducing stuffs from open market, like tobacco & alcohol which most of the Governments shield & promote world over for their vested interests. But when it comes to organ donation, many legal riders are put in the name of curbing the organ trade. Who is the sufferer - the one who is already battling for life. There have been instances when a patient had willing donors but the Red Tape refused or delayed the donation resulting in untimely death.

The patients & donors should be at liberty to conduct their lives at their will.
