Researchers at Indiana University School of Medicine--Department of Public Health are seeking participants for a research study. The study will involve participating in a short 10 question online survey about your experiences as a living kidney donor

The purpose of this study is to evaluate your satisfaction with your decision to donate your kidney and to learn your opinion regarding the post-donation follow-up care you received at your transplant center. We would also like to know what (if any) recommendations you may have regarding how your post-transplant care could be done differently to enhance or improve future follow-up care for other donors.
