You sound fantastic! I was barely conscious one day post op. Welcome to the club!

Take care of yourself and don't do too much too soon. Sometimes the enthusiasm will tire you out. Enjoy and best wishes for a full and speedy recovery to both you and your recipient.

I saw my brother as I was leaving the hospital for a near by hotel.   He is doing very well.  Creat 2.   Looking good!
I was walking laps in the corridor when the surgeon came to see me.   Got out early for good behavior!

Congratulations!

Great news! I was so ready to leave by the 36 hour mark, but they wouldn't let me. :)

Congratulations, and welcome to the club.  And such a quick "escape" from the hospital!  But Sherri is quite correct--don't do too much, too soon; be careful about resting, lifting, etc.
    Be well, Snoopy

Congratulations:   Sounds as if you did great.  What a wonderful gift to give your brother for Christmas.  He will have a hard time finding the right sweater to match that one.  ha ha.  Hope you both do well.   I am 8 days post-op and feeling great.  Take it easy and Merry Christmas!!

Two days post op and we are both doing extremely well.  My brother sounds so full of life and energy now that his renal function is nearly normal.   Very happy!

What an incredible gift you've shared.  God bless you both and best wishes for a speedy and full recovery to you both, although it sounds like you're way ahead of the curve.  Welcome to the club!   ;)
