Time from match to surgery?

I received my initial blood test in August 2011-went through all the other tests-found out I was approved to donate on Dec 29,2011 and surgery is scheduled for Feb 24,2012. So for me it was 6 months. But I do work a full time job so if you don't it would probably be easier to get the tests done more quickly

3 months total.  Matched in Feb, testing in April, surgery would have been May but I delayed until June so kids would be out of school.

Started testing in December, matched in April, transplant at end of June (could have been early June but didn't work with our schedules).
