Burning incision

I had a burning along my incision 4 weeks after my surgery, and it ended up being an infection, it formed like a blister.  My local Dr. gave me an antibiotic cream and had to keep clothing from rubbing on the incision, it cleared up but instead of going back to work after 6 weeks, I went back after 8 weeks... they wanted to make sure it was completely gone.
