Y'all,

Clark has posted four UNOS (draft) Proposals for Public Comment, at the top of the first page.  I just added comments about what I think are issues within each Proposal that might be especially relevant to LDOers.  I think LDOers, with your/our experiences, may have special influence concerning those issues.

I write this post as a new member of the Living Donor Committee (LDC) of UNOS.  I now have seen how the LDC and UNOS *do* read and take into account the public comments and, for relevant issues, especially the views of Living Donors.  To illustrate what I mean, during its last meeting, the LDC asked the 11 Living Donor members of the LDC for our views on several issues among those I have posted.

So, please send your reactions and ideas to UNOS -- by June 15, 2012.
