Dorry Segev, is a transplant surgeon and researcher. He joined the OPTN Kidney Transplantation Committee while I was serving on it, and has been instrumental in both the matching algorithm for the national Kidney Paired Donation Pilot Program and in recent publications of statistically rigorous, large study population, multi center long term donor outcome research.
